Tony Browne - Hostel Manager

Tony joined Wairarapa College Hostel in 1996 as Hostel Supervisor.

Tony was appointed Hostel Manager in 2000. He has two grown children who are working and studying. He thoroughly enjoys working with teenagers and helping them to achieve their goals and he also enjoys participating and following sports.

Tony enjoys family, hunting and his lifestyle block.

Shelley Hurihanganui - Matron

Shelley started at the hostel in February 2009 and really enjoys College House life. With 4 children of her own she understands the challenges and rewards of raising teenagers and she hopes to make a positive impact on the lives of the young people here at the hostel.
Her interests include sport, music and spending time with family.
